Questionnaire & A Few Things We Need From You!
Hi. Please go in to as much detail as you can on the questionnaire (click on button below). The more we know about you, the better. You can never give us too much information. We promise!
Once you’ve filled in the questionnaire, there’s just a few more things we need from you in order to get started. See below. We must have all of the requested info prior to our scheduled Zoom call.

😍If you don’t have access to the space we are designing, no worries. Just provide us with as much information as you can. 😍
Measurements - Please provide us with the basic measurements of the space. It's super easy and will take no more than 5 minutes of your time. Using a measuring tape, take the length, width and ceiling height of your space. Learn how HERE. Make sure to put an x where the entrance, windows and closets are. Take a picture of your fabulous measurements.
Photos - Stand in the middle of the space and take a few pictures. Go around the room like a clock and take a picture of each wall and one of the ceiling and floor. Six to 10 pictures is great. Also, send us pictures of any existing furniture you’d like to keep in the space. Not sure if you should keep it or not? We'll help you decide.
Inspiration - Send up to six images of furniture or "looks" you like, it can even be images of a “feel” that you want to achieve, send ‘em over. These inspirational images are great for us so we can share your vision. Also send over 2 Pinterest boards if you’d like.

Make sure we have all of the above prior to our zoom call so we can make the most out of our virtual meeting! It’s important that we have everything we need so we have a clear direction of how to design your space and meet all of your needs, physically, mentally & spiritually. We will review with you on the call, hear your thoughts and wishes, talk about it, view the space and then 3 days after our zoom call, you will receive your complete healthy & humane design package!!!
